LivePOB FZCO is a Dubai-based technology company focused on operational visibility and personnel accountability for safety-critical operations.
Our Story
LivePOB was born from direct operational requirements at a gas field spanning approximately 84 km², supported by nearly 200 km of pipeline and numerous remote drilling locations. People worked across plants, wells, transportation routes and areas beyond the fixed facility perimeter.
The original requirement was simple but difficult: maintain a dependable personnel picture across daily operations, drills and real incidents - even when people moved outside instrumented areas or site-dependent infrastructure became unavailable.
That challenge led to the development of LivePOB: an Operational Visibility Platform that combines current POB, zones, visitor and contractor records, deliberate SAFE and HELP reporting, historical reconstruction and cross-site oversight.

Our Founder
LivePOB was founded by Mohammed Bakir, a technology leader with more than 30 years of experience and over 12 years managing mission-critical IT within oil and gas operations. The platform reflects firsthand understanding of HSE, Security, Operations, infrastructure resilience and the practical realities of remote industrial environments.
